These terms explain how tour requests, confirmations and payments are handled when you use this website.
Bookings and confirmation
Submitting a booking form creates a request only. A tour becomes confirmed after Pedal's Paradize verifies the selected date, bikes, guide, meeting arrangements and any pickup charge, and sends confirmation to the customer.
Prices and transaction currency
Tour prices are displayed and processed in United States dollars (USD). Any optional pickup charge is disclosed and accepted before payment. Pedal's Paradize does not add a surcharge solely because a customer pays by Visa or Mastercard.
Secure payment
When activated, online card payments are processed through the Bank of Saint Lucia and CyberSource. Card information is entered only in the secure payment interface and is not collected or stored by this website. Eligible digital-wallet options may appear when enabled for the merchant account.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact, rider and booking information; review the safety and eligibility requirements; follow guide instructions; and arrive at the confirmed place and time. Pedal's Paradize may refuse or stop participation where safety rules are not followed.
Changes and availability
Routes, departure times and stops may change because of weather, road conditions, bike availability, safety, staffing or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Pedal's Paradize will offer the available rescheduling or refund options when it cancels a confirmed tour.
