This policy explains the customer information collected for tour registration, fulfilment, support and payment reconciliation.
Information collected
We collect the information customers submit, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, rider details, emergency contacts, requested dates, accommodation or pickup details, and safety or accessibility notes. The payment provider may separately collect billing and card information.
How information is used
Information is used to register customers, assess and fulfil booking requests, communicate confirmations and changes, provide safe tour services, reconcile payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet legal or banking obligations.
Cardholder data
This website does not request, receive or store full card numbers, security codes or card expiry dates. When online payment is enabled, sensitive payment information is submitted directly to the approved CyberSource payment interface.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with staff and service providers that need it to operate the booking, payment, communication or hosting service, or when disclosure is legally required. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable accounting, dispute and legal obligations.
Customer choices
Customers may request access to or correction of their information, or ask about retention and deletion, by contacting Pedal's Paradize. Some transaction records must be retained where required by law, the bank or card-network rules.
