Cancellation & refund policy
Please contact the team promptly and include the booking reference when requesting a change or cancellation.
Customer cancellations
Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the confirmed departure time qualify for a refund of 50% of the tour amount paid. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are non-refundable.
Operator cancellations
If Pedal's Paradize cancels a confirmed tour because of unsafe weather, route conditions, unavailable equipment, staffing or another operational reason, the customer may choose an available rescheduled date or a full refund of the affected tour payment.
Refund method
Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on the Bank of Saint Lucia, CyberSource and the cardholder's issuing bank. Cash refunds are arranged directly with the customer.
