Payment security policy
The checkout is designed so that sensitive card information is handled by the approved payment provider, not by the Pedal's Paradize website.
Encrypted transmission
Customer registration, booking and checkout pages are served over HTTPS using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Sensitive card information must not be entered into the booking or customer-registration forms.
CyberSource hosted payment capture
When the Bank of Saint Lucia activates the merchant account, the checkout will use CyberSource's hosted secure payment components. Card information is submitted directly to CyberSource and does not pass through or remain in the Pedal's Paradize website database.
Security controls
Each checkout creates a transaction-specific session restricted to the approved website domain. Merchant credentials remain on the server, payment responses are verified before a booking is marked paid, and only non-sensitive transaction references, amounts, currencies and statuses are retained for reconciliation and customer support.
Service-provider roles
CyberSource provides the payment-data capture and processing service. Riot Media provides and manages the website application but does not collect, process or store full card numbers, card security codes or card expiry dates.
