Pedal's Paradize sells guided tour services. It does not ship physical goods through this website.
Confirmation delivery
Booking acknowledgements and final confirmations are delivered electronically using the email address or telephone/WhatsApp number supplied by the customer. The confirmation includes the booking reference, tour, date, time, meeting plan and amount due or paid.
Where the service is provided
Tours are fulfilled in Canaries, Saint Lucia, beginning from the confirmed meeting point. The standard meeting location is Cork Street, Canaries. Requested hotel or cruise-port transportation is subject to confirmation and any additional charge must be accepted before payment.
Delivery timing
The website records the request immediately. The team reviews availability and contacts the customer with confirmation and payment instructions. Customers should request tours at least 24 hours in advance.
Exports and shipping
No physical products are exported or shipped under an online tour booking. The purchased service is delivered in Saint Lucia.
